took a 12 mins ferry ride to taronga zoo...

initially wanted to go whale-watching since it was e season, and we were so happy to win e odds to see whales LIVE!! sadly the stupid stormy weather over the last few days proved to be so disastrous that the company cancelled all trips that week :( so sad lah!!

so back to e zoo, admission included the cable car ride n ferry ride - A$48/pax.. its basically almost e same like sg zoo, just that there got more native animals easily found in aussie.. well, it was a great experience seeing koala bears so close, slping non stop.. e cable car ride was fun too!

e zoo is definitely bigger den sg's! we managed to escape e stormy rain as we went earlier in e morning, left at early afternoon.. by then e seas were so choppy that i was worried that e ferries would capsize! geez! thank God for safety n protection..

best thing abt e zoo, e animals esp e giraffes, gets to see e opera house n harbour bridge so easily n clearly.. beautiful sea view!
